Sin embargo, no es un desperdicio simple, ya que es una materia prima valiosa en la producci\u00f3n de biocombustibles avanzados como el biodi\u00e9sel. En BV-Oils trabajamos desde hace a\u00f1os en el suministro de UCO y RUCO (aceite de cocina usado regenerado), as\u00ed como en asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico para convertir estos residuos en energ\u00eda limpia y sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recogida y clasificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1112\">Todo comienza con la recogida del aceite usado en puntos espec\u00edficos: restaurantes, centros de producci\u00f3n alimentaria o plantas de tratamiento de residuos. El aceite se almacena en dep\u00f3sitos especiales y se transporta hasta plantas de pretratamiento o producci\u00f3n de biodi\u00e9sel. Es necesario asegurarse de que el UCO no tenga contaminantes como agua, restos org\u00e1nicos o aceites minerales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pretratamiento: limpieza y estabilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez en planta, el aceite pasa por un proceso de <strong data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1264\">filtraci\u00f3n, deshidrataci\u00f3n y neutralizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Se eliminan las impurezas, humedad y s\u00f3lidos, y su acidez se establece para garantizar una materia prima estable. En el caso del RUCO, el aceite ha sido regenerado previamente con procesos de desinfecci\u00f3n espec\u00edficos que permiten reutilizarlo como input energ\u00e9tico de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transesterificaci\u00f3n: el coraz\u00f3n del proceso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1233\">El aceite ya limpio entra en el proceso qu\u00edmico de transesterificaci\u00f3n. Se mezcla con un alcohol y un catalizador. Esta reacci\u00f3n separa los triglic\u00e9ridos del aceite en \u00e9steres met\u00edlicos (biodi\u00e9sel) y glicerina como subproducto.
